Manifesto — What We Publish

We publish the
books other houses
flinch from.

01 — DARKNESS WITH CRAFT

We are not edgy for market. We are rigorous about sentence, structure, and consequence. If your violence is gratuitous, we pass. If your tenderness costs something, we listen.

02 — BODIES THAT MATTER

Queer, trans, Black, disabled, working-class — not as themes, but as authors and architects. Lived experience is not garnish.

03 — DESIGN AS DEVOTION

Every book is cloth-bound, foil-stamped, edge-stained, and typeset in-house. We publish fewer books so each can be an object.

We do NOT publish

• AI-generated text or art
• Grimdark that mistakes cruelty for depth
• Erotica without explicit, enthusiastic consent on page
• Military sci-fi that glorifies empire
